Recharge, Reflect and Refocus: Leading with Intention and Impact

I collaborate with school leaders to support school improvement efforts. However, despite their best intentions, they often find themselves overwhelmed and burnt out, with little space for educational leadership. I understand. Every day, you engage in triage due to staffing shortages and work intensification, navigating a school environment rife with complex situations and needs. In my capacity as an educational consultant, I’ve observed that one of the primary stressors for clients arises when educational beliefs fail to align with their actions, and when they’re juggling too much at once. That’s why I’m introducing Recharge, Reflect, and Refocus. For you to get clarity on what matters most, personally and professionally.

I am offering a unique opportunity for 20 school leaders to come together over two days (with follow-up mentoring), engaging in activities designed to recharge, reflect and refocus for personal and professional growth, providing you with a game plan to lead with intention and impact.
