The role of school leaders has become increasingly challenging and complex. Nothing worth doing is simple. The obstacle we face, is often the very path we must take.
To ensure the well-being and success of staff and students, we must rally our staff toward a shared cause, to foster cohesion and joy within our schools.
Bring your real-world challenge to this session, as we immerse ourselves in learning about what we have the discretion to do as school leaders and social architects of learning and leading. Be prepared to engage in dialogue and listen to the wisdom of your colleagues, leaving with practical ideas and numerous structures to empower yourself and others.

Level Up Through the Spiral of Inquiry
Level Up through the Spiral (Kaser and Halbert, 2022) is an incredible opportunity to hone your leadership capacity through the power of inquiry, while also nourishing your hearts and souls through the power of networking.
Over the course of seven, 90 minute sessions, you will experience the power of the Spiral of Inquiry to improve school growth.
Whether with you school goals or problem of practice, learn with a group and receive guidance as you work through your inquiry.
