Leading Change

Through Collective Action

A Leadership Cohort for School Leaders Ready to Move from Intention to Impact

If you are a school leader who believes that meaningful improvement in student learning happens through people—not programs, this cohort is designed for you.

Leading Change Through Collective Action brings together a small group of educational leaders committed to strengthening their leadership practice and guiding their school teams toward purposeful, collective action. Through expert facilitation and rich peer-to-peer learning, participants will engage with evidence-based practices, co-construct new knowledge, and leave with renewed clarity, confidence, and practical strategies for leading change.

This is not a sit-and-get experience. It is a learning partnership grounded in inquiry, reflection, and courageous conversation.

Why a Cohort?

This experience is intentionally limited to 8 educational leaders per cohort.

A small cohort allows for:

  • Trust and psychological safety

  • Meaningful dialogue and reflection

  • Personalized coaching and feedback

  • Ongoing accountability and support

Participants commit to showing up fully—for themselves and for one another—creating a powerful learning community that extends beyond the sessions.

What You’ll Experience

Across a two-day in-person retreat and three online learning sessions, cohort members will:

  • Deepen their understanding of flourishing leadership

  • Strengthen their capacity for collaborative engagement

  • Learn how to lead continuous improvement without initiative overload

  • Apply a collective inquiry leadership approach

  • Apply a collective inquiry leadership approach

  • Use a practical framework for leading change

  • Practice inclusive learning protocols that amplify all voices

  • Build skill and confidence in courageous conversations

Each session intentionally blends theory, lived leadership experience, and application—so learning transfers directly to your school context.
