This partnership includes:

8 hours of one-on-one time on a monthly basis. 1 monthly meeting.

All mentorship partnerships include:

• Virtual mentorship conversations focused on real leadership situations

• A confidential space to reflect on leadership decisions and school development

• Support in thinking through staff dynamics, school culture, and leadership challenges

• Mentorship from an experienced school leader
