Hi, I’m Rosa Fazio

As a Educational Leadership Consultant

I help school leaders and educators transform professional development into learning that is practical, connected, and meaningful.

I believe that when we center relationships, voice, and co-creation, we create the conditions for everyone—students, staff, and communities—to thrive. That’s what drives me.

Many educators tell me they feel stuck with traditional professional development that feels performative, disconnected, or top-down. They’re hungry for something different—something that builds real trust, nurtures growth, and sparks meaningful change.

That’s where I come in.

I design immersive professional learning experiences that are grounded in inquiry, relational trust, and the power of peer collaboration.

Rosa is an Educational Leadership Consultant who helps school leaders and educators make professional development learning practical, connected, and meaningful.

My approach is never one-size-fits-all. I work with educators and leaders to co-construct learning that is contextual, responsive, and aligned with what matters most in their context. Whether I’m facilitating professional learning, coaching a school leader, or guiding a full-school transformation, my work is about elevating dialogue, cultivating agency, and building cultures of shared leadership.

Over the past two decades, I’ve led innovative school startups, worked across diverse educational contexts, and been recognized as one of Canada’s Outstanding Principals. The learning environments that I’ve been a part of have welcomed thousands of visitors from around the world seeking inspiration for more collaborative, flexible, and student-centered learning environments.

Today, I serve as an inquiry facilitator, coach, consultant, and critical friend to educational leaders and systems ready to evolve. I’m also a doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership, exploring how we can humanize professional learning by putting voice and connection at the center.

When I’m not working, I’m cheering on my kids at hockey and volleyball, traveling with my family, or reflecting on the everyday beauty life has to offer.

If you’re ready to reimagine what’s possible for you, your school or system—let’s talk.
