Meet Rosa

Hello, I’m Rosa.

With over 30 years in education and two decades as a school principal, I’ve led in alternative, inner-city, and diverse communities—always focused on how collective leadership and flexible learning can reimagine what school feels like for students and staff.

As the founding principal of several schools, I was honoured as one of Canada’s Outstanding Principals for designing innovative learning environments and cultivating collaborative cultures—even in complex, traditional systems.

Today, I support school leaders as a facilitator, mentor, and critical friend—helping them navigate the challenges of transformation with clarity, confidence, and care.
