Meet Rosa

Rosa Fazio is an educational consultant, facilitator, and critical friend. She has decades of experience as a school leader and was recognized as one of Canada's Outstanding Principals for her leadership in creating innovative, flexible, and collaborative learning environments.

A doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership, her research centers on humanizing professional learning. Rosa designs immersive professional learning experiences that foster relational trust, voice, agency, and connection.

Her work is grounded in inquiry and the belief that peers are a school's most powerful resource--and that parents and community partners are a school's greatest allies in growing strong, connected communities.
