Meet Rosa

Hi! I’m Rosa, known for launching schools with flexible learning environments and promoting social learning through learning communities.

With over two decades of experience leading schools and inspiring educators to innovate their practices, I've demonstrated that significant change is possible, even in the most traditional and unionized environments. As an external educational consultant, I provide strategic support to educational leaders, helping them to unite their teams and drive collective action for meaningful school improvement.
