Level Up for Collective Action
We believe that great things happen through peer-to-peer interaction. That's why our program is designed to unite school leaders through 12 touch points over three months, to immerse them in powerful conversations that will mobilize staff towards collective action.
Over three months, you’ll receive on-going mentorship through:
•Four presentations by your Level Up host
•Four, one to one mentorship sessions with your Level Up Host to help you with your school context
•Four online drop in sessions with your Level Up host and learning cohort to discuss challenges and gain insight to help you thrive
You’ll emerge from this experience with a renewed sense of purpose and an arsenal of fresh ideas and resources to establish and sustain collective action.
Mentorship (30 mins)
One on one time with your Level Up host.

Leading for Impact
The role of school leaders has become increasingly challenging and complex. Nothing worth doing is simple. The obstacle we face, is often the very path we must take.
To ensure the well-being and success of staff and students, we must rally our staff toward a shared cause, to foster cohesion and joy within our schools.
Bring your real-world challenge to this session, as we immerse ourselves in learning about what we have the discretion to do as school leaders and social architects of learning and leading. Be prepared to engage in dialogue and listen to the wisdom of your colleagues, leaving with practical ideas and numerous structures to empower yourself and others.
Full or Half Day Learning experience
This half day or full day learning experience, is tailored for school teams, or the entire school staff.
Level Up Through the Spiral of Inquiry
Level Up through the Spiral (Kaser and Halbert, 2022) is an incredible opportunity to hone your leadership capacity through the power of inquiry, while also nourishing your hearts and souls through the power of networking.
Over the course of seven, 90 minute sessions, you will experience the power of the Spiral of Inquiry to improve school growth.
Whether with you school goals or problem of practice, learn with a group and receive guidance as you work through your inquiry.
Seven Sessions (60 minutes each)

•Session 2: Scanning–Your Starting Point and Knowing Your Why
•Session 3: Focusing-Deciding on Where to Place Your Attention for Impact
•Session 4: Developing a Hunch-Taking Responsibility

•Session 6: Taking Action–What will we do differently?
•Session 7: Checking to see if we have made enough of a difference!
